We have loved living here and found that compared to a lot of flats, ours is really spacious so this should appeal to most. The fact that we have a big entrance hallway is great when you have children as there is somewhere to drop everything when you step through the door.
The location is really handy having a shop so close which is great when you run out of something, plus the bus stop nearby giving us great transport links.
The beach is not far and you can walk to it easily so the summers are always fun spending most of our time there.
Moving is now something that we really need to do as our family is growing so we need more space but we do know that whoever buys our home will be very happy here just like we have.
