Gas central heating is economically controlled in 3 separate zones. The guest house is upgraded and redecorated every year and is sold with an effective web site and links with internet bookings. Several bookings are already in place for next year. The owners have chosen to trade on a B & B basis only and stay under the VAT threshold. The sale is prompted by the owner’s wish to retire, having run the business for 13 satisfying years.
