Trading from mid-February until mid-November on a bed and breakfast basis a variety of bar snacks are also offered six nights a week.
School parties are also catered for (6 booked in 2014), bed, breakfast and an evening meal and a packed lunch being provided. There is scope to expand this, not only by the increase of the number of parties taken, but by the number of children per party.

Dining room with 20 covers (seating more when catering for school parties). French doors to courtyard. Servery with hatch to kitchen.
Kitchen with range of catering equipment (a full inventory will be provided). WC and boiler. Door to outside courtyard.
Owners lounge with access to the bar. Door to utility area leading to side entrance to the property.
