As first time buyers we had finally saved enough deposit and were keen to take our first steps onto the property ladder. We had looked at a number of flats in the area, but were always put off by the lease and service charges, and more importantly not having any outside space. So we decided to look at one bedroom homes instead and soon found Lanyon Close, and it was ideal for us. Being freehold we didn’t have any monthly fees, and to have our very own garden was amazing. During the summer months it’s lovely to sit out there, we often invite our friends over at the weekend for a BBQ, it’s the perfect way to spend an afternoon.
