This home suited our needs perfectly when we first moved in. We were first time buyers and having two reception rooms (a lounge area and separate dining area) and the loft room, which we could utilise as a bedroom, gave us all the space we needed.

With our busy lives we don't have the time to tend to the garden so decking the courtyard seemed the most practical solution. Now we can enjoy our outside space with little to no maintenance.

Living here is very convenient. We are walking distance to the town centre, schools, parks and the station which, with its fast links to London, comes in very handy.
