Locally you are well served with transport links across the Island and easy access to the Fastcat or Hovercraft with the nearby train station, making trips to the mainland a lot easier. The high street is close by, as is the golden, sandy beach which is brilliant during the long, hot summer months. Chain free and waiting for only the second owner since the house was built.
OWNERS COMMENTS The quiet, tucked away location, along with the fact that it was a new house made it a very appealing choice for me. It has been a great home to live in which is why I have kept the house for more than 20 years now. The neighbours are great, very friendly and considerate and everything I need for daily life is within easy reach. I added the conservatory on to create some more space which is very handy. Having the parking space is also great for when I come home with bags of shopping! The size of the lounge and bedroom were also big factors in my decision to buy the house.
