My mother lived in this property for about 20 years.

She really enjoyed the lovely light and space, especially the views over the gardens with its interesting planting and watching the birds on the bird table.

You can make use of the communal utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and make lots of friends with a chat in the communal lounge. There is a lovely community here.

If you have a car, there is off-road parking for residents within the grounds of Delves House but my mother made use of the good local, regular bus service.
