I liked the fact that the flat was on the first floor and enjoyed pleasant views and beautiful sunsets from the lounge and bedroom windows. The communal areas and guest facilities are very handy, and being able to walk along the cliff path is brilliant on a summers day, while both Lake and Sandown high streets are also just a short stroll away. I hope the new owner enjoys many happy years here just like I did.
