When we saw this property we immediately knew we had to have it even though it was in terrible condition. We have put lots of blood, sweat and tears into making the maisonette what it is today. The only thing original is the outside walls, we have refurbished everything.We have loved living here, it is so quiet and peaceful, there is lots of green space too.The access into London by train and getting onto the motorway by car is so easy which has been brilliant for us.It will be sad to leave as it is our first home but we have now out grown it so need something bigger for our family.
