OWNERS COMMENTS Being a fan of modern, low maintenance properties it was an easy decision to want to live here when I first viewed the apartment five years ago. I was very impressed with the fact that there are no neighbours above or below the property and the only other apartment is separated by the landing. It's almost like living in a detached home. The location is great for everything I need in daily life, for both convenience and evenings out with friends in Newport. I hope the new owners enjoy living here.
