This flat has been a great property to own, I lived here for a number of years myself and more recently I have been renting the property out. When I lived here it was a nice quiet place and I found it to be really convenient for all sorts of different amenities.

The parking area at the back is a real bonus and there is always ample space even when friends and family come to visit.

As a rental property it was also ideal because it is so near to the station there was always a great demand so I never found myself without a tenant.
