On hot sunny days most leave their front doors wide open, really hitting home how safe and secure this street is. The area in general is also popular with commuters into London, being so close to Brighton train station and connections to the A23 & A27.Whether up or downsizing, joining the property ladder, adding to your rental portfolio or lucky enough to be seeking a weekend 'pied-a-terre', you've just hit the jackpot!
We've lived here for over three years now and have loved every minute of it!It is such a perfect location, tucked away from the main roads but only a 15 minute walk to the centre of town. There is a really special feel to the area with the friendliest community you could hope for.Having the garden space and side access gate is a great bonus too. The only reason we are leaving is because we have our first child who is now 6 months old, so we need more space.Needless to say, we will be very sad to leave.
