When I bought it I was so enchanted by the amount of space it offered and I was especially struck by the large garden. The rooms are very light and the outgoings are quite low. I have always enjoyed being able to park outside my own home. It’s such a lovely neighbourhood too.

The bedroom has a lot of space for storage which has been particularly important as I have recently been renting it out to some family members. They have been the perfect tenants and they have loved having the garden.

It’s close to The Downs and Stanmer Park which are bath great for dog walking.
