When I was looking to buy 8 years ago as a first time buyer, my options were limited but I struck gold when I saw this one. It ticked all the boxes. It was low maintenance, close to town, had the garden and plenty of space. The cellar room has bee a real bonus, giving us the extra room we need, when friends or family stay as we used it as bedroom. Even when I started a family, there was plenty of room. I eventually moved on to something bigger 5 years ago, so I decided to Let it and it has proved to be a very good investment. Now the tenant has moved on I have decided to sell.
