The layout was the main attraction as it is rare to find a one bedroom apartment with a separate kitchen. The lounge/diner is the hub of this property and the serving hatch is a useful advantage when friends and family come over. Having a southern aspect the apartment is always flooded with light and I often open the patio doors, sit out on the patio and look over the communal gardens. All of the rooms are a great size and there is plenty of storage throughout the flat. The garage is a real bonus big enough for a car and lots of additional storage. Being in a block of only four apartments means it is always peaceful and secure and the neighbours will be one of the main things I miss when I go.
