We chose to buy this particular apartment as we felt that it offered very good value for money as an investment. We have had the property rented out and it is currently vacant. We feel our apartment would be a good buy for another investor. We have found that it rents out very well as it is so close to the City centre and the train station here. There are shops at the end of the road, supermarkets at Wincheap, then there’s the theatre and lots of lovely restaurants in the City centre itself. Most of the tenants that have been attracted have been professionals, over the 15 years that we have owned the property.
