I have loved living here over the past 7 or so years as it has always felt very intimate as there are only 6 flats in total in the block. The fact that there is only 1 main door to enter the block gave me the sense of security that I needed.

It is a very friendly community here and the large communal conservatory area is always great to meet up with friends but it is always nice to return to your own apartment with your own home comforts.

The time has come to move closer to my family but I am certain that whoever buys this property will be just as happy as I have been here.
