My parents lived in this flat from 1984 and were extremely happy here. The location is wonderful as everything is so easy to reach and you’re surrounded by greenery such as Preston Park around the corner and Surrenden Road at the end of the road. The neighbours are fantastic and it’s a friendly community area without being overbearing. We are sure the new buyer will want to put their own stamp on the property but with no chain at our end they don’t have to wait for us to find another property to buy!
