We bought the property from new and had the choice of about 3 apartments, we went for this one because of its position being a bit more out of the way in the corner and we especially liked having direct access from the car to be able to come straight into the lounge and kitchen with the shopping.
It is especially convenient as one of us works in Brentwood and one of us needed to commute into London and we needed to be close to Brentwood mainline station and it's a nice straight forward walk.
