We have spent a lot of time and effort renovating our flat so it looks as it does today. It is ready to move straight into without having to worry about a thing. The kitchen is new as are the boiler, carpets, doors … the list goes on. We feel a major attribute of our flat is that it has a share of the freehold and its proximity to the harbour, beach, town centre and transport links.

It would be nice to see it go to a first time buyer but we would imagine buy to let investors will also be interested.
