Full Details for 1 Bedroom Ground Flat for sale in Faversham, ME13 :
This apartment is set in a beautiful conversion of a Grade II listed former manor house. The grandeur of times gone by really is reflected in the building. With high ceilings, original woodwork, ceiling cornices and beautiful windows this is a home you will be looking to show off to your friends! Being on the ground floor you have access to the amazing communal gardens; a gorgeous spot to enjoy some time to yourself with a glass of wine or invite the family for a barbecue!Parking is often important and here you will be safe in the knowledge that your car is tucked in the secure and gated area with your own allocated space. There is plenty of extra parking in this area too so if you have two cars or just visits from friends or family you will be happy. The location is superb too - with great access to the M2/A2 and you are also under a mile walk to the train station so commuters are bound to be happy! You get a real sense of privacy once you are inside here – great if you just want to shut the world away for a little while! If you would rather get out and about in your free time you can always take a stroll or grab the bus into the Market Place and enjoy the sights of Faversham town with independent shops and range of pubs and cafes. This could also be perfect for those looking for a base in the town, whether this was as a bit of a bolt hole during the week or indeed a place to retreat at the weekend!
I have really enjoyed living here – it is the perfect home for a single person. The property itself is beautiful and I will definitely miss living here. Whilst the apartment is very private you do have some lovely views over onto the playing fields where there is always something going on at the weekends to take your interest!I like the location because you are little further out of the town meaning you are out of the busy spots but you are still a nice walk or a bus ride in when you want to come to Faversham for the shops, a coffee or simple things like popping in to the bank or the doctors.
