I love living in Seven Dials with it's great range of local shops, coffee shops, pubs and buzzy feel. It's only a seven minute walk to the station, 10 minutes into town and 15 minutes to the beach.

I've lived in the flat for 14 years, gradually making improvements, starting with the garden which is a lovely sanctuary in the summer; great for drinks and a BBQ on the deck with friends. The bathroom and kitchen are more recent projects which I completed two years ago.

The Prestonville area has a really nice feel to it; it's a friendly area with great neighbours.
