I have really enjoyed my time living at the apartment. The residents are all really friendly and a lot have become good friends over the years. We often meet up in the communal lounge and play regular games or when the weather allows us to perch ourselves outside on the patio and catch the rays usually with the afternoon tipple or two. The layout has worked well, the lounge/diner is a great size and there is even an extra part which I have curtained off and use as a guest area, this would be ideal for grandchildren. There is a residents and visitors car park outside which has plenty of spaces, as the town and station are so close there is hardly any need to use the car.
