Mum and Dad wanted the security of a retirement village which was Warden controlled and had a 24 hour care line available. This development also had a car park and a guest room which could be used by visitors who wished to stay over night.They did look at others in the area but chose this one as it was close to the promenade, the Riverside Gardens and, of course, the town centre. They absolutely loved living here. Mum loved all of the social activities on offer and Dad liked the fact that they had their own space so it suited the best of both worlds.
