I loved the feeling of this unique flat as soon as I saw it. The double level in the bedroom is an incredibly clever use of the high ceiling space, meaning you can use the entire room underneath. I had an epic walk in wardrobe dressing room and desk in front of the bay window. The large windows mean it has beautiful light. It is also very quiet even though everything is on your doorstep - the station, the shops, Waitrose, the beach, the town all so close. I have fantastic memories and I am sad to see it go.
