You can even see the park from the window which would be ideal for that jog in the fresh morning air -perfect to set you up for the day ahead.

When I was first looking for a property and saw this home I was really struck by Balcome village, how rural it felt away from the hustle and bustle of my commute to London. The quiet location was something that really appealed to me.

This particular flat was ideal as nobody lives above and the building is solid, it feels really warm and welcoming here.

The tall ceilings help give the feel of space and when you open the windows, all you get is the sound of the birds and a gentle breeze.

If it wasn't for the change in my work role I would be very happy to stay here indeed.
