The property was purchased when my father wanted to down-size from a larger house and take things slowly in his later years. Having all of the maintenance issues taken care off allowed him the opportunity to enjoy his free time, which he certainly did. He made good friends with lots of the other residents and he found that the communal lounge and dining area allowed interaction with people of a similar age, who also had similar interests.He found being close to the town so convenient, especially if he needed to just pop to the shops (leaving the car at home). Also the on-site residents facilities are fabulous!
