We bought this apartment as a holiday home 20 years ago as we loved coming to Hythe. We decided to buy an apartment as it proved to be a better investment than a park home.

We find that we have been coming down and using it less and less, and we have had the apartment let out for the last three years.

We have now decided to sell the apartment as we have decided to retire and spend more time with our family locally.
