All the shops, bars and restaurants of Gravesend are just outside the front door so you will rarely need to get a taxi and you will not have far to walk to the bus stop, although being on the top floor you can hardly hear all the hustle and bustle below.
The train station is also just a short stroll away so, by using the fast service, you could be in central London in around twenty minutes.

The flat is classed as a one bedroom but the dining room could easily be used as a bedroom if you block the service hatch linking it to the kitchen.
