At the time we bought there were several apartments for sale in the block, but after one viewing we knew straight away that this was the one. We liked the fact it was on the first floor, for the added security it gave, but the real difference was the size! The additional space in the lounge meant that we could have a dining table and the extra window lets in so much light.Being close to the town is so convenient if you need to just pop to the shops and want to leave the car at home and the residents facilities are fabulous. The communal lounge and dining area allows interaction with people of a similar age, who have similar interests.
