When we first viewed the maisonette 14 years ago we were immediately struck by the location. It seemed like an extremely quiet and pleasant place to live and that has certainly proved to be the case. Over the years we have made many improvements including installing a new boiler, re-fitting the kitchen and bathroom, replacing the double glazing, re-wiring, re-plumbing, decorating and the previous owners enclosed the balcony, to create a sun room/area , enabling us to get the benefit of the outlook. We have put a lot of care and attention into improvements and feel that we have created a very comfortable and desirable home.
It is now time for us to move on and for someone else to enjoy living here as much as we have.
