Having decided on taking a look at Southwater, I was really impressed with the village and the properties definitely offered better value for money.

When I saw this flat I fell in love with the space and it felt very light and airy. I just could not believe that it also had a garage as well. I have been very happy during my 17 years here and will be sad to leave.
