I can honestly say that this has been a wonderful property to own. I purchased the apartment as it was just so well laid out compared to other properties available at the time in that price range, with a location that was so well placed what more could I want!
I bought the apartment initially to let out, so if you are looking for an investment it could be a very easy option for anyone looking for a buy-to-let as well as being great for any first time buyer, the tenant has been here for a number of years and would gladly stay in situ if that was a requirement.
It will be sad to see it sell but I know that we are handing over a very good property for the new owners.
