Full Details for 1 Bedroom Flat for sale in Gravesend, DA12 :
If kerb appeal is something that is important to you then this flat, which is nestled in the top floor of this fine, period detached residence,is bound to catch your eye. Being on the top floor means that there will be no neighbours above you and you may benefit from the heat generated below. Step through the front door and you will notice a brand new kitchen with an integrated oven/hob and fridge/freezer and the view from the kitchen window which stretches, on a clear day, to the Queen Elizabeth Bridge and the Canary Wharf will help make washing the dishes a far more enjoyable task. The bedroom will have room for a large double, or king size bed as well as wardrobes and drawers and the lounge comes with a real feeling of space helped by the high ceiling and panoramic views which mirror that of the kitchen but on an even larger scale. The bathroom is clean, white and modern and there is a communal garden for you to enjoy in the summer months where you can relax in the sunshine. This is a flat where you can move straight into as it has recently been redecorated, has had new carpets laid and is offered for sale with no forward chain. The flat comes with a share of the freehold giving you much more control over future building and maintenance costs and, for those of you with a car, you only need to apply to the local council for a parking permit.

When I chose this flat I looked at many others but it was the size of the lounge and the fact that it had a separate kitchen that really impressed me.
This is a great location as you are on the edge of a conservation area and it is so quiet that you would never guess that the railway station is just a short walk away, as is the hustle and bustle of the town centre. If you fancy a quieter night out then there are some great pubs in Windmill Hill which is just around the corner.
I love this flat and when I lived here it was the perfect place to relax at the end of a hard week at work in London and I hope that the new owner will enjoy living here just as much as I did.
