We have enjoyed many years living here as a couple. Our family has grown and we look to expand it further in the future so the ultimate step for us is to up-size otherwise we wouldn’t choose to leave given its fantastic location.

It has been fantastic for anybody visiting because of the transport links and I have found that it is great if we want to go for dinner and drinks in local Higham’s Park or North Chingford, otherwise we can jump on the train and dine out in the City.

We will be sad to leave our home but we wish the new buyers every happiness in their new home.
