I moved to Whitstable from London for work and to be closer to family.

The location of the flat, just off the high street, has meant that I'm close to local shops, restaurants and the beach - convenient for me and great for when friends visit.

I tend to work from home a lot and with the good sized rooms and quiet location, this works very well.

Since moving here I have purchased a share of the freehold so that I now have joint control on how the building is maintained.
