Our mother moved here from Hertfordshire about two years ago to be closer to family.

She really loved the view and would often sit for hours looking out at it, watching the birds swooping and diving above the River Arun with the beautiful South Downs as a distant backdrop.

Mum enjoyed the resident's coffee mornings and the church visits and always found the neighbours friendly and welcoming.

To make life easier for her, we had the bathroom refitted with a large walk-in shower bath.
