When we brought this property seven years ago all it had in it was a kitchen sink and literally nothing else. Having renovated my own house I was happy to give this a go and provide a first home for my daughter. A few months later she moved in and has happily lived there since.
As far as one bedrooms go its very spacious, I have even thought before of converting it into a two bedroom flat.
I'm glad I made the decision to buy this, its made a great investment and the perfect first time home.
