I bought this property some eight years ago; when I saw it, straight away I knew I had found a good one and just had to have it. And what a sensible buy it was! How could I go wrong? Light, spacious and accessible, all set within the most beautiful grounds. It was also really appealing when we realised how safe and secure it is. Parking is also made so easy with the allocated space and it’s a great opportunity for any buy to let investor. The location is what really made it for me.
The flat is only a relatively short trip to a choice of two mainline stations - ideal for anyone. Times have changed and I am looking to move on so I now see this as someone else’s opportunity. Live there or rent it out, all for a great return.
