I purchased my flat to in live in nine years ago. With work taking me away from Folkestone I decided to let the property which has been an easy process. I have now decided to purchase elsewhere which is the reason for the sale.Initially I chose to live here because it was close to family and friends and the location in general, being in Folkestone's West End, is a really nice part of the area. The station being so close has made getting to work a breeze and with the town centre being close, but not too close, all the amenities you need are within easy reach.
