It is close enough to join the 'throng' when I need to do a weekly shop in Sainsburys or go into town but far enough away to be able to relax and unwind.The transport links are closeby so commuting to work or getting out and about are easy with the A27 and A272 a few minutes away and also regular bus routes if you need them.If fresh air and exercise are your thing the South Downs can be enjoyed from Foredown or through the underpass at the top of Mile Oak Road.
