The flat first caught my eye because it felt so light and spacious. It has a lovely view across Brighton from the lounge, a garden and cat flaps already in place! I also really liked the L-shaped bathroom and the hall space. There was plenty of space to fit my fold out dining table in the lounge, and to fit book cases and a desk in the bedroom without it feeling squashed in. As someone who likes to cook, I was also pleased there was enough worktop space in the kitchen. The parking was easy and it was only a quick walk in to town. The flat has a lot to offer - it was a lovely space to live in.
