I purchased this apartment for my son to live in whilst he was at university. I chose it because it’s a nice sized property, in an affordable area and it’s only approximately 10 minutes’ walk to the university. In the time that I have owned the property I have changed the layout by putting a stud wall up in the lounge to create a second bedroom and I have had the property let out to students.
