The views over Brighton to the sea and Palace pier are amazing especially on a Summers evening. We would often walk into the town passing the level and stop for coffee. There is a lovely park opposite where our son likes to play.

The flat may only be a one bedroom but it's so light and airy, the morning sun beams through the kitchen & bathroom and sun sets through the lounge & bedroom. There is also a huge loft space that may be able to be converted into another bedroom. We reluctantly need to move from Brentwood road as we have our son and need 2 bedrooms. We spent a lot of time making the flat look lovely and enhancing all of its features.
