I bought this lovely apartment many years ago now and it has been a lucrative investment providing me a really good steady monthly income. However, with my future plans changing I am now releasing this one to free up some finances and I am happy for someone else now to benefit on a good return from their capital. It has always let very well and my last tenant was with me for the majority of the time I owned the apartment. I have recently decorated right through and replaced the boiler for the central heating. I think a young professional would love this place now as the location is ideal for everything but it would also be a great holiday home if desired. The building is well maintained the usual building insurance is all set up properly and in place.
