Being close to work was one of the main reasons we chose to move here. It really is very convenient, and also applies to your social life as having Dalston and Church Street not far away you have a fantastic selection of bars and restaurants to choose from. Or enjoy a stroll through Hackney Downs to get to a cafe and enjoy some freshly ground coffee and a croissant.

We have done a lot of work to the property, including double-glazing changing the lovely sash windows and adding a new kitchen.

This property really made a great home for us and I am sure it will be the same for any new owners.
