I moved down here from London almost 15 years ago. When I first saw it, the size and the location both told me I was on to a winner. The property offered a lot more than the average one bedroom flat in the area and the converted loft space and large rooms gave it a good feeling of size. The kitchen was separate to the lounge which made it ideal for entertaining.

Another thing that made it special was the location. The beach is easy to get to, as you head up Wards Hill any left turn will take you down to the sea front.
