The fact this flat was on the top floor was one of the main reasons I decided to purchase it. There is no one above making any noise and, better still, there is no one walking past my front door. It is a very bright flat which makes it easy to relax in and since i replaced the boiler about eight years ago it is also very cheap to run.

When I purchased the flat we (all four flats) changed the lease to a share of freehold which understandably was very attractive!

It is nice to be so close to the harbour, beach and town centre and since living here I have become part of the Dover Road Association which is a great programme ensuring the area keeps up its standards.
