I purchased this property 10 years ago with the intention of renting it out. Since then, I have never had any trouble doing this, probably because it has got a great location near the town centre and the station and with a lift service and parking it offers a lot.I feel now is the perfect time to sell so we can pursue other activities but I have no doubt whether this is purchased as a buy to let investment or as a first time buy, or maybe even a bolt hole for those who travel to France, the new owners will be very happy.
