Full Details for 1 Bedroom Flat for sale in Brighton, BN2 :
What are the most important things when it comes to buying a flat? Storage? Well presented? Somewhere to relax? Great location? Read on and see how many boxes we can tick for you
.There’s unlikely to be much to disturb you here except of course the birds faintly tweeting their morning song, but if there is then being on the first floor takes you away from any hustle and bustle. If you want to really soak up the atmosphere then pour yourself a glass of your favourite drink and relax on the balcony. If that doesn't appeal to you then you could pull up a chair in the study area in the hallway. The current owner has spent much of his time meticulously improving his home so it is ready for you to move straight into. The clean and crisp kitchen area flows seamlessly into the lounge area making socialising and relaxing a pleasure and not a chore. The double shower unit will invigorate you for the day ahead and help you wind down after a hard day’s graft while the double bedroom has an array of fitted storage. If any extra storage is required, the brick built secure storage unit just outside would be hard to completely fill. “Cavernous” does not do it justice! You are on the main 25 bus route which is available 24/7 so you’ll never feel isolated here. Did you tick all your boxes? Then you know what to do
I knew I wanted to buy my flat the moment I walked through the door, the potential was obvious even though it was in a very poor condition. I have spent the last 5 years regenerating it into a lovely home, if I hadn't just got married and now need a bigger home I'd happily stay here for many more years. The attraction of being a 5 minute walk to the wild park, a half mile cycle ride to Brighton University & a bus ride on the 24/7 route 25 into the city centre is obvious however the joy of ample and easy on road parking is the best bonus for me. I'll miss my great neighbours…
